Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

• Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain and ensure availability of critical goods and material at point of service provision
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain, advance, and optimize ERP system to support efficient operations and enable digital workflows
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with key suppliers, focusing on quality and compliance with pharmaceutical standards
• Optimize inventory levels to balance production demands with cost-efficiency

• Self-organized; hands-on mentality and strength of implementation
• Passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance operations; Experience with ERP systems
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values teamwork
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Vocational training or studies in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain roles (pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred) 
• Fluent in German and English
